SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic Shipping Policy
After we receive your order, we get right to work. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of your product’s completion time—it can take up to a week for us to build your custom earbuds after receiving your scans. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internationally to select counties and regions (full list available during checkout). WAVS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Warranty - Returns & Exchange
If there’s something wrong with your WAVS, we’d be more than happy to make you another pair or refund your purchase. WAVS come with a lifetime technical warranty. If there’s a problem with your device, let us know and we’d be happy to make it right. Accidental damage or loss of the product is not covered.
As far as how your earphones fit, you’ll have 30 days after receiving the product to let us know if there’s a problem. Our patented 3D scanning technology is incredibly accurate, and we’ll be there to assist you with the 3D scanning process. But if for any reason the fit of your WAVS isn’t satisfactory upon receiving them, we’d be happy to make you another pair.
